Neha Dhupia, Farhan Akhtar, Veteran actor Dharmendra and many other Bollywood celebs were present at Baisakhi Festival and Punjabi Icon Awards 2013 held at King's Circle, Mumbai on April 12, 2013.

Charan Singh Sapra bestowed the Punjabi Icon Awards to many Punjabis this year.

This year the award recipients were Dharmendra, Milkha Singh, Gagan Narang, Neha Dhupia, Rabbi Shergill, Ravi Chopra (CMD - Piaggio Ltd.), Ruby Dhalla (Ex-MP: Canada), Maheka Mirpuri (Fashion Designer), Mahashay Dharampal (Chairman - MDH Masala).
