Shivani is a film directed by Sai Gokul Ramnath. Currently filmed in Ramoji Film City, it sees Kavya Shetty and Lakshmi Nayyar in the lead roles.

"We are making the film simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. Exciting elements are interspersed in a delicate love story. The film has been made so as to impress youth audience," producer Hansraj Saxena says.

Nitin Sathya, Baby Karthika are part of the cast. Lyrics are by Vennelakanti. Cinematography is by J Lakshman. Music is by Srijith-Sachin.Updated March 24, 2013
