We had reported earlier that veteran actor Manoj Kumar is planning to file a case against Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and the makers of 'Om Shanti Om' for taking potshots at him in a few scenes in the movie. It has now been learned that Manoj Kumar finally filed the lawsuit against Khan at the Andheri Magistrate court on Tuesday. Reportedly, Kumar's verification statement in the case has been recorded too and the court has set April 6 as the next date of hearing. In 2008, Mumbai Civil Court had ordered the filmmakers to remove the objectionable scenes in 'Om Shanti Om' from all prints and broadcast material. However, Kumar claims that despite this, the makers released the film in Japan without deleting the scenes, which made fun of him. -- Published on April 5, 2013
