The makers of Shootout at Wadala is facing the might of the Mumbai Police when they were booked for allegedly misusing the name of the office of the Mumbai police commissioner to promote their film. The police has registered a case against producer-director Sanjay Gupta and Balaji telefilms on charges of cheating and forgery for the invite for their music launch. The invite also has features the Mumbai police's national emblem seal. Sanjay Gupta possibly faces a jail term.
