Leonardo Di Caprio has said that playing the lead in the new The Great Gatsby adaptation was a bit nerve-wracking. Di Caprio was at the world premiere in New York where he said he had become fascinated with the complexity of the character in F. Scott Fitzgerald's book. The film is director Baz Luhrmann's latest offering and is packed full of glitz and glamour. It was shot mostly in Australia but the release date was pushed back to May this year from December 2012. Unrelenting bad weather halting production has been partly blamed. The film marks the second time Di Caprio and Luhrmann have teamed up since Romeo and Juliet in 1996. Carey Mulligan and Tobey Maguire also star in the movie. Report by Ashley Fudge. -- Published on May 3, 2013
