Khloe Kardashian arrived in style today for the launch of HPNOTIQ liqueur's Glam Louder program at the Mr. C hotel in Beverly Hills , Khloe looked gorgeous as she made her entrance in a blinged out motorcyle drawn carriage. Khloe tells us all about the photo submission-based program that encourages contestants to submit their "glammest" images to HPNOTIQ for a chance to win prizes.
