Zach Galifianakis speaking on the red carpet at the UK premiere of The Hangover Part III in London. The actor, who plays Alan Garner, told us it's "really easy" to get back into character, but he's "not like that" in real life. He said: "I observe people like that. I always think it's funny when people are not self-aware and real stupid but also confident, and that's kind of what I based Alan on, just people I've observed."
