Marvel's Phase Two begins this summer with the release of Iron Man 3 and will continue with a slew of more sequels and the launch of a couple of new franchises, but what other movies could be added to the list or even be part of Phase Three? Thanks to one of Marvel's execs, we may have the answer. Marvel Head of Televison Jeph Loeb recently spoke to BuzzFeed about the new season of the animated series, Ultimate Spider-Man and was asked how they decided which characters would be part of Spider-Man's S.H.I.E.L.D. team on the show. Loeb responded by saying quote, "Keep in mind this project started almost three years ago and at the time we were looking forward to who might be the next big characters, the next big franchises. Just like we just announced Guardians of the Galaxy, we are certainly looking at the Heroes for Hire franchise which is Luke Cage and Iron Fist." This isn't the first time we've heard Luke Cage or Iron Fist named as possible characters to hit the big screen and to have them team up sounds like a great way to introduce the characters to audiences. For those of you unfamilar with Heroes for Hire, it started out as a business featuring Luke Cage and Iron Fist working as private investigators for money. It eventually turned into a revolving team of heroes who worked for various benefits instead of money. Some members of the roster have included heroes like Hulk, Spider-Man, Black Widow, the Punisher and Ghost Rider. -- Published on January 17, 2013
